Thanks to all our thoughtful Friends here who come to the rescue every time other**** a weight loss block wall or need information. You are all so terrific to share you hearts, advice, experience, encouragement and or new found wisdom. even during your own challenges. Regardless you rise up and reach out to others and that proves you are "good people". As needs have arisen most of you take the time to make a difference with kind words or words of encouragement during the occasional struggles of others. I just want to thank you all for being more that just a message board. we are peers on a long journey. Truly, God bless and watch over each of us as we strive together to be the best we can be and to gain our quality of lives back. Kristy, Yes most of all i am losing. I am losing slow...... but losing my total as of today is 54 lbs off. I finely got back into a size 22 Wrangler blue jeans (I like wrangler because they come in petits and are average priced). How is it going for you? I also would like to hear the answer to that from our peers ???

Yeah, mines been rather slow too but still 2# a week (or more sometimes). I haven't implementing an exercise routine though and I know that is holding me back. Just haven't found the energy (or the time) to do it. No excuses right?!?! To date I've lost 42 pounds and 45.5 inches!! I HAD to go shopping a week back as my size 20/22 clothes were just falling off, and I was very happy to be comfortable in an 18 (not to far from 16's) and XL tops instead of 2x.
