First of all thanks for all the posts regarding the protein drinks. So far all of them taste horrible to me. I thought I was just crazy or something as I can't tolerate the bullets, isopure, or protein powders. I will try the refried beans and cheese from taco bell. Any other suggestions?

Do you like cottage cheese? It has a lot of protein in it. Also try salmom and tuna, they have good protein. One breakfast food that I eat is 1 medium egg, 2 tabsp crab meat, and some FF cheddar cheese ~ mix it all together and then scramble it. It taste good and is loaded with protein. Have you tried adding chocolate protein powder to instant SF chocolate pudding. I always keep that made up in the fridge. With the milk and protein powder it gives you a lot of protein too. Recently I bought the SF cheesecake pudding, gonna add the chocolate protein in hopes of it tasting like chocolate cheesecake. Hope that helps you.

I make my own version of Taco Bell refried beans at home. You have to be careful of Taco Bell--it can have a lot of fat in it. I buy the fat free refried beans at the store. I heat them up on the stove with 1 cup of veggie broth to thin them out a little. I add one Tablespoon of Taco seasoning. I will measure out 1/2 cup and add some salsa, cheese and sour cream on top. I use the weigh****chers chesse. I get 15g protein from this. It is super yummy too! Crab and Tuna are good. For protein powders, I have tried Unjury. I like the vanilla in milk and the unflavored to mix in soups. I also use Melaleuca Attain powder. They recently changed the formula and the only one that I like is the vanilla--but blend it with milk and some frozen strawberries--YUM. HTH.

This is the stuff I drink. http://cnp-professional.com/osc/product_info.php?cPath=29&products_id=51&osCsid=725ed7f261 033eac4473c957e238c09b It has 45 grams of protein in only 3 ounces of sweet, syrupy-like liquid. Don't worry, it has NO CARBS and NO FAT. Two of these a day and you have ALL of your protein. They do sell them at GNC by the individual vial, but it is expensive: $4 each. I prefer to buy it online. You can get 12 vials including shipping for about $39, which is about $3 a vial. I just bought 24 online and paid $78. Hope this helps.
