my surgery is 15th

My surgery is my 15 and today I get a call that my surgeon is ill and they need to have the chief of surgery do the lapband . now I am really nervous but I agreed because already have time from work and hubby took time off also. So we will see I put myself on clear liquids because tummy is nervous. but I could eat what ever til the day before but to scared and scared i will gain wieght.

my surgery is the 15th too. i'm having the sleeve. i'm soooo nervous. is this the right thing to be doing, should i try to diet again and not do this or what. i know i'm going to love it after its done, i just can't wait. it's kinda like being on death row, trying to figure out what you want for your last meal, that you won't be able to eat later and enjoy.

I'm getting sleeved on the 15th too!! Best wishes to both of you for an easy surgery and speedy recovery! Sally, did you have a pre-op diet to follow before your sleeve?

Hi there, My VSG is scheduled for the 28th so i start my liquid diet tomorrow.......all protein minimum 64 grams and lots and lots of water.....good luck to you......email me if you would like and I will be praying for you...Jill

My surgery date is May 27. I am having lap-band. Can anyone tell me REALLY what to expect. I'm a single mom with 2 teenagers. Do I know what I'm getting myself into?
