I have a new b-date of May 12th 08

Well , any advice before pre-op would be great. I also am afraid to be put to sleep. For some silly reason i think i wont wake up... Very funny uh!! but your prayers are wellcome thank you....

OH MY GOSH!!! I think the same thing about my surgery!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad you said that bc I was beginning to think I was weird lol. Congratulations on your new upcoming birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You share that day with a few others on here. Take care and lots of love!

Hey Girl! May 12th is a great day for us, I too, will begin my new life that very day....I am so excited, and also scared of the general anesthesia thing, I am going to trust that the very competent team of doctors will take me through and keep me going while I get ready to change my life! Hey girlfriend, its great to have support from people like you that are going through the same thing. My daughter is a paramedic and she tells me MOM you have a greater chance of something happening to you driving your car to SanFransisco , that in the hospital with all those great surgeons. So stop worring about the anesthesia....Well, im glad your my friend we can compare stories and pray for each other, and soon we will be on the other side of the fence, with the losing team. good luck to you! & bless you too! Yeah, I agree, May 12th is a WONDERFUL day. That's my surgery also. I'm looking forward to it. I'm not nervous just extremely EXCITED. Good luck! I hope you are pain free. Debbi
