Laura, I, too, am scheduled for May 12. It is like a due date--we are giving birth to a new way of life, filled with unknown blessings and new possibilities.

VSG on 05/05/08

Cool last name!

I am having VSG on May 5 so I wanted to let you know that I will be sending positive thoughts to your surgeon on the 12th. Anxious and scared is normal so take something with you that comforts you. I am 41 and will be taking my butterfly pillow to hug when it is over.

Hey Laura, I am having a lap RNY on the 12th...Im so excited/nervous/happy/terrified/thrilled/ who knows what else. My surgery is the first case of the day that morning. I will be sending you and your surgeon some positive vibes that morning..Good luck to you~ Christine
