Topic: Seems kind of quiet around here
Well, everyone seems to have lost thier steam around here. SOOOO....I did it. I finally took a few minutes to put my slide program to music. I used the free program at One True Media. After one year, I can't believe the difference....what a dream come true. To top it all off, as you may already know, my dear wife, Christine, starts her liquid diet in two days. Then has her surgery on June 19th. What a blessing we have to be among those to have this life-saving surgery.

It only took me about 20-30 minutes and my kids lived it.

I would have to say that even with all the ups and downs that I would do it all over in a minute!!!!!

No change for a few weeks......I will make the century mark one of the times.....
We are off for Florida and Disney on Friday morning....so this week is going to be getting last minute things done and packed.....Hoping to come home with some great pics.....I also will be posting my pics from Pre-Op, 6 Months, and 1 Year appointments with the Dr.

Hay Yall I have new 1 year pictures on my profile. Hope you all are doin great I've been on a 3 week vacation in hawaii and I had to go to work when I got back so I've been MIA for a month. I Had a wonderful suraversery on the beach in Hawaii. I lost a few lbs on vacation thats a first I use to gane on vacation. (LOL) ck out my new picture if you want love you guys.

Hi Cyndi! I had a real nice Surgiversary day!! Found out that I got a new job at work. Went shopping and bought new scrubs and new shoes for work. Had lunch with a friend. Then spent the afternoon with her and the kids at her house for the afternoon. Came home exhausted as I am still recovering from surgery and took a nap LOL!
Pre Op 318lbs BMI 52.9
Current weight at one year post op 190 lbs BMI 31.6
Lost since surgery 128lbs
