I haven't posted in a while because I stalled. Today I got on the scale and was down, big time!

Total lost: 180lbs! I'm thrilled!

Hi everybody and Happy Fahter's Day to all the dads out there! I was excited this week to get on the scale so I thought I would start this post. I had quit weighing as the scale was not moving but I put on some pants the other day I had not worn in awhile and I was able to pull them off without unbuttoning them. So I tried on some pants my mom passed down and I could not even get them past my hips a month ago and they fit. So I got on the scale and it was down 10 lbs.....wow. I was holding at 195 even though some days I had reached 190 but now I am at 185lbs. I had wanted to be 180 by my one year.....but now it looks like before I get to one year and one month it will be doable. 180 puts me at a BMI or 29.9 so that will be in the just overweight category. So that is what I am shooting for. Right now it is 30.7 (I think I can! I think I can!) 
So that puts me at highest 325

Congrats on such a wonderful transformation. I really enjoyed the slide show. Best wishes to Christine with her upcoming surgery.

Wow John! It is even better than the first time. You really did great!!!!! Roadhouse....yummmm.....Hope you both enjoyed it!!!! Getting closer for Christine!!!!
I will try to work on my slideshow in the next few days. I got a promotion at work.....lots to do there!!!! Keeping me busy but in a good way.

Pre-op 279.5
Last week 159.5
This week 159
This weeks loss .5 (better then nothing)
Total loss 120.5

What a nice comment to share. I hope your summer is off to a great start too. I'm missing some of the old interaction we we had over here on the May 07 board. Times are changing for everyone and I hope that people are leaving because they have become successful and not because they are discouraged. Each day that I maintain this 150 pound loss is a good day...keep sending those good days my way. When Christine starts her liquid diet tomorrow morning, I'm hitting it hard right along with her and I'm determined to get down to goal.

I put the finishing touches on it yesterday and updated it. The timing was a bit off and I have that fixed now. You will enyoy doing it...so easy. Thanks for checking it out.

How touching your slide show is...made me teary eyed, but in a good way. It has been quiet here on our May board. Yes, we are truly blessed, all of us. Best of wishes for your lovely Christine. Have a good summer, John.
