Well April, I made the mistake to getting on the stupid scale this morning and I am 200 again. Dang................ I was in Onederland for 2 days and felt so good. I should have waited until next week to weigh.

Thank you, I still don't believe it. I don't see myself as being a size 12! I am the same ol' Rebecca I have always been. The other night was my SIL/best friends birthday and I got her an Basken and robins birthday cake and I didn't have any of it. It was hard but I felt good about it.

Oh my Gosh Cyndi, I still can't believe it. I wore heavier clothes today and weighed again hesitantly, and the scale is still at 199, I am so excited.
You have been such an inspiration to me all along and you were always there when I was depressed or ate something wrong. I love you, my friend.
