Hi Sabrina! Well, it's reunion week here apparently. All the prodigal posters coming out of the woodwork.
Well, I'm glad you did. Nice to hear from you and great to hear about all the weight you've lost! That's a BIG number and I'm so happy for you. YOU ROCK!

Topic: RE: OT: Sexual Harrassment or not?!?!
Hi Jamie,
One of the defenses against sexual harassment is that there was no objection at the time. It creates self-doubt and "reasonable doubt" and the perpetrators take advantage of that. But if you step back and look at the overall pattern, it is obvious. Sexual predators often rely on slowly, patiently cultivating trust. They take you right up to your boundary and then pu**** out a little. If you become accustomed to that, they eventually pu**** a little more. After a While you are asking yourself "how did it get this far?"
This is exactly the pattern that pedophiles follow but at least the law is clear that those victims don't have the legal right to consent. So if it goes too far, there is an objective standard to assess that. But with adults who can consent, the technique of cultivating intimacy over a long period of time is an effective shield.
This creep will never rethink his actions if he goes unchallenged. If you are thinking of making a claim and are prepared for the challenges that will bring, by all means give this guy a wake-up call.
Ya know *we* love you, right? Only here it is unconditional.

My nutritionist said if you are exercising you need 900 to 1000 per day. Any less and you will stop losing.

Tina, you look like a relative light weight like me. I have only lost about 62 lbs. You are doing great! Hang in there! Hugs, Sue

Ok Tina, it's time for you to join the Sunday Weigh-In. We all do only protein and for those of us who are struggling, we drink two protein drinks a day and for dinner we have chicken or turkey, tuna, cheese and a cooked vegetable. For snacks you can have SF Popcycles or Fudgecycles and make sure you get in your 64 ounces of water or Crystal Lite.
So we want to see you next this coming Sunday on the Sunday Weigh-In Board. Don't worry if you have gained.....you can always start over.
We are all here to help you. I sure couldn't do it alone.
Hugs,
Esther
