Hi John,
Nice to hear from you! I draw a lot of inspiration from reading about others on the board here - including your posts and blog. When someone is doing well and dropping fast, I want to catch up with them. When folks are not losing quite as fast, it reminds me that this is hard work and I knuckle down that much more. Days like today make it all worth it. I've been working hard this week and I'll be posting a new scale pic for tomorrow's weigh in. I have great expectations!

Wow T.Rob,
Those new duds are so awesome. You are looking great and judging by the pictures you are doing great too. Keep up the great work my friend. This whole process is just too amazing to seem real at times. That is why we have to keep pinching ourselves. The good news is that we can pinch anywhere with great success...that loose skin is abundant. I still wouldn't trade a thing for having the opportunity to become a specially chosen one as a part of this great process.
Again...keep at it...your results are just too awesome.
John
