Well this was a big sweet time of year so how did you do? did you have a treat? Did you over do it? Did you control yourself? I feel like I did ok, the night before we made treats and I did have more then I feel I should have but nothing like I used too so I feel like it was a victory. Yesterday I did great. No treats for me YEA. Overall I'm happy. Glad its over and I'm getting rid of all the bad stuff left over, I sent it to work with my husband LOL...As long as I'm not eating them I don't care where they go that includes the trash can LOL Hugs, Rebecca

Awww Betsy, that sucks! It never fails does it. I had my thyroid checked a few weeks ago and all was fine. You are absolutely doing great with your losses. Shoot, your picture shows it! Hopefully everything will work out and you won't need surgery. Keep us updated! * Cyndi *

You have done very well at the weight loss and let me tell you I also lost around 50 lbs I am teetering with 7 lbs up and down and only went down from a size 20 to a 18 and on a good day a 16. So be very happy! Im 5'6 and started at 247 I also had my surgery in May. Goodness I cant wait to get close to that size!

I've been in costume since about noon. I did the school thing (they won't let us dress up) and as I was leaving, my best friend texted me and asked about lunch. I zoomed home, put on costume and makeup and she got there and was already dressed up. LOL So, me, Susie and Mark did lunch at Cracker Barrel. We were the only ones dressed up. I picked the kid up from school, she got dressed then off to Applebee's for an early dinner. Only 3 servers were dressed up. WHERE IS THE HALLOWEEN SPIRIT??? Trick or Treaters started coming at 5 pm and I only just got my costume off. I LOVE MY SKINNY COSTUME! I'll post pics tomorrow. I thought I looked good. Visited a neighbor and he didn't realize who I was. Boy was he shocked when I told him it was me. LOL He was very sweet then blurted out "Cyn, you've lost a LOT of weight!". lol It was classic. He was truly happy for me. I'm sure his wife will pop over tomorrow. She wasn't home tonight. Our haunted house was a HUGE success! Our fog machine rocked and Mark scared the crap out of a bunch of teens. LOL We rarely have trick or treaters but this year we had about 50. It was so cool!!!!
