Love the "pay it forward". That's what I aspire to do to, like by my blog & posting. Not only do I get the most amazing support from fellow OH-ers I hope to help too. P.S. I forgot about the clocks turning last night. It's only 6am on my day off and I'm up already...LOL Happy Sunday to you!

Ok, it has been a little quieter around here. Out enjoying the weather like I am? It has been upper 70's during the day 50's at night....very mild. LOVE ti if it was jsut a little colder and I coudl open the windows and air out the house though. Me, I am just trying to catch up in my life. Ha Ha!!! Actually today I went and worked at the Bariatric booth at a Health Fair. Not a lot of people but had great conversations with the Bariatric Coordinator and Nutritionist for the hospital. Got to see the poster that will be used in upcoming seminars/health fairs. It is my front progression pics (that I take once a month from pre op through 4 months) and under that is the side veiw and then under that is a pic of me with the surgeon and a quote from me. I was a little concerned seeing myslef in a larger size as a preop was going to bother me but it was nice. And the effect it has on others that see it is amaizing. So that makes me ok with it. Oh and according to the figures I have loss 25% of my original weight. Wow never thought of it that way! I did get to talk to some about the surgery so that was good. And though my surgeon was out of town and could nto be there I did get to meet his wife that stopped by so that was nice. She got to see the poster and my scrapbook. And it was outdoors and the weather was georgeous. Found out this week that my surgeon is going to be on the cover of a magazine that comes out in Jan. I was asked to allow my before pic and my quote to me used and they will take as much of an "after" we can get taken just before the magazine comes out....."Pay it forward"......if I can give back to just one person....... Other than that still helping my mom get settled and get a job.....that keeps me busy. Just not enough time in the day Excited that the clocks go back tonight and one more hour of sleep. So, what is everyone up to? What are your thoughts on the upcoming holidays? What are your plans? I will be doing the cooking with my mom here at my house this year. Looking forward to spending the holidays with her. And early Dec we are going to the amusement park for the weekend so I can get those rides ridden finally!!! Ok, so I better get ready for bed. I have been going to bed WAY too late. Donna

Rebecca, you look FABULOUS!!! And, you're right. The months have just FLOWN! I thought at 5 months out I'd be down like 40 or so pounds. HA! I'm down 95 as of this morning. It shocks me every time I get on the scale. I love my RNY so much! Have a great night! * Cyndi *
