Ugh I will take that 26.....back in the 80's again here after a few teasing days of 60's...ugh I want to wear the new colder weather clothes I got before they get too big. Went back to the ones i had bought a few months ago since it was warm (crop pants and short sleeve shirts and they are way too big! whoo hoooo!) I am back home as there were two day shifters scheduled and noone tonight so I came home and am being nice to night shift and working for them (that and I get a shift bonus for doing so which is nice this time of year ) So off to enjoy time with my kids! Have a great day! Hope it warms up for you! Donna

Well, the week before last the scale barely moved for me. I had just broken 239 and I got down to 237 by last Sunday. Then last week I was in Vienna all week and I was sure I was going to gain weight. As it turned out, a lot of the local food just wasn't on my post-op menu and I ended up eating a lot of tuna cups and protein bars. Also walked a lot between the hotel and the conference center, around the conference facility itself and, when I had time, up and down the banks of the Danube river (or "Donau" in German). So I was a little surprised when I got home and weighed in..down to 233!! One other bit of REAL COOl news - I finally broke 4 miles an hour on average over 6.88 miles this morning! Average was 14:53 per mile. Woo hoo! I have been chasing that 15-minute mile since I was on Body For Life back in 2002. Closest I got then was 15:22. Highest: 360 Surgery: 330 Last week: 237 This week: 233 Total this week: 4

Hi gang! I didn't have the kind of week I wanted but that's the way it goes. Highest right before surgery: 265.8 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 170.2 This morning: 168.2 Loss this week: 2 pounds Total pounds lost: 97.6 pounds!!!!! I really wanted to hit the Century Club before I see my surgeon on Thursday. It's been horrible cold here so I haven't walked like I should. And, I'm starting some home renovations (yippee!!!) so they've taken up some of my time. I know, BAD GIRL! Hopefully I'll do much better between today and Thursday morning. LOL Have a great week Maysters! * Cyndi *

Hi Mayers! Hope everyone is having a good weekend. It's finally offically cold here. Woke up to 26 on the thermometer outside. Burrr. Highest: 270 Surgery Date: 252 Last Week: 182.5 This Week: 180.2 Loss of 2.3lbs. I'm ok with that. I had some questionable food choices this week, so I'll take what I can get. That puts me 0.3lbs away from being just plain overweight and about 10lbs away from the century club! The next few weeks should be good for me!! Have a good one- Kathy
