Good luck with your surgery. I had my 6 month bloodwork done and according to my surgeon my bilirubin was high. Just had my ultrasound last week and I'm calling the doctor's office tomorrow for the results. I haven't had any pains or discomfort, so I was a bit surprised by this information.
Anyway, things should go smoothly - remember, you've done this, and hopefully it will be even easier than your WLS!

Hi Mayers,
It's so interesting, people are either telling me (1) that I look half my age or (2) "you're done losing now, right"? Well, even at my heaviest, people knew I was obese, but now HOWE obese, and if they saw the number on the scale (yes, I know it's just a number, but, it's a number, you know?) they would understand why I'm not done.....
In order for me to be generically healthy I need to move the number down a bit yet. It's going, albeit slowly. A bit hungrier these days, and my calories are between 900-1,000/day lately - I think that's too much, but I'm seeing the nutritionist tomorrow and she'll help me work that out.
But I can't believe I made Century Club (yeah! at 6 months, 1 week) and that I feel good - this is truly a wonderful, miraculous thing!

That is true, that the time has flown by!! I agree with you about feeling fantastic. I'm happy that I have my old self back! As of this morning I have lost 93 lbs. Let's all keep up the good work!

I have been at my daughter's and thought for sure I gained but I am happy to say I lost...not much but at least I didn't gain. I don't know how accurate the scale I am weighing on is but here goes:
Before surgery: 279.5
Last week: 186
This week: 185
Weeks loss: 1 pound
Total weight loss: 94.5
