Hi gang! I'm finally HOME from my sucky trip. These people actually thought PIZZA was good for me. Dumbbutts. Obviously if I was stuck either having pizza or salad, I did CRAPPY. And, my order from BariatricEating STILL hasn't arrived. It was due here on Wednesday, had to have it rerouted to the hotel and it's STILL not at the hotel! DO NOT buy into that UPS commercial about how EASY it is to retrieve a package. BULLSH*T. So, I had NO protein shakes AT ALL during vacation. They only have GNC and Vitamin World with all the regular icky powders. I bought Muscle Milk....EWWWWW! I'd rather drink Elmer's Glue! Can you tell I'm happy to be home sipping an Orange Cream? Vitamin Shoppe BETTER have my Fuzzy Navel back on the shelf today or it's gonna be like 1st week home post-op for my mood. LOL Here are my numbers. Highest right before surgery: 265.8 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 165.4 This morning: 163.6 Loss this week: 1.8 pounds (better be a good week this week! lol) Total pounds lost: 102.2 pounds!!!!!

Didn't do so hot this week, but here it is- Highest: 270 Surgery Date: 252 Last Week: 177.6 This Week: 176.2 Little over a pound down...I'll take it! BACK ON THE WAGON for me this week...I have been a total slacker with everything- protein, vitamins, water- all of it. Bleh. I feel it too. I feel tired and sluggish and just gross. Wow! April! Three pounds through the holidays, That's great! I lost one and I'm really excited about that. I feel like I did well, although I did indulge in a couple pieces of pumpkin fudge. So much better than past years and after all we do have to learn to eat for life. The pieces were small and that was all I wanted. Okay now that I have confessed I feel better! lol I lost one pound, I'm at 139. My goal is 135, so only four more pounds. Total 67 pounds. I go for my six month on Thursday and I'm excited to see what my surgeon has to say. Sue
