Well first off I hope eveyone had a good thanksgiving! The sad news is my grandma passed away last night, so my problem is I will be around food for the next 3 days and I am very nervous. This is the first time since surgery I will be out of my element so to speak and be around everything we are not supposed to eat. I know in my heart I will be strong and not want to eat or binge but at the same time I am stressed and could eat everything right now. So I just look to my friends here at OH to help me through this tough time. I thsnk everyone in advance for the help and support. Amy

Okay...I weighed today...and wasn't too pleased. I guess the week of NO exercising after my surgery caught up with me on weigh in day Hopefully @ my post-op appt he will say to go on ahead and go back to Curves. Surgery day: 367 Last week: 250 This week: 248 Loss this week: 2 lbs Total loss: 119 lbs I'm trying not to be TOO tough on myself since it was Thanksgiving and all. The scale had just been moving SO well for the last 2 weeks--and then I had surgery...and gained 3.5 lbs or so immediately afterward...it took me 4 days to lose that...and now I've lost an additional 2 lbs. I guess that's alright....but I just want to get to ONEderland and its SO far away! Courtney

Weighed yesterday just did not get to post..... Highest 325lbs Surgery 318lbs Last Week 234lbs This week 230lbs! That is a 4 lbs loss!!! I'll take it. 5 lbs to 100lbs from highest weight!!! Wow seemed to take forever but now it is around the corner!! Donna

Sorry, your trip was suckt! I just bought a single serve carton of Muscle Milk @ our GNC. Had heard it was great. Uhhhh...LIES!...couldn't get the smell past my nose to drink much of it. Been meaning to tell you how amazing you are looking!

Thanksgiving week and you lost 4 pounds! That power shopping must've done it. What'd you buy...LOL
