Seems kind of quiet around here

Well, everyone seems to have lost thier steam around here. SOOOO....I did it. I finally took a few minutes to put my slide program to music. I used the free program at One True Media. After one year, I can't believe the difference....what a dream come true. To top it all off, as you may already know, my dear wife, Christine, starts her liquid diet in two days. Then has her surgery on June 19th. Thank you April, What a nice comment to share. I hope your summer is off to a great start too. I'm missing some of the old interaction we we had over here on the May 07 board. Times are changing for everyone and I hope that people are leaving because they have become successful and not because they are discouraged. Each day that I maintain this 150 pound loss is a good day...keep sending those good days my way. When Christine starts her liquid diet tomorrow morning, I'm hitting it hard right along with her and I'm determined to get down to goal. John
