HAPPY SURGIVERSARY!!!!

To April and to ME.....and to others that I am sorry I can not remember excatly....just know there are others!! Since it is now officially after midnight here and I was still up getting something ready to take with me to the doctor in the am and trying to figure out what I am going to wear. LOL! I still have not figured that out!! Well, I plan to try to go to lunch with a friend. And of course there is my Dr. appointment which the sentimental side wanted to make sure was on THE day LOL! Otherwise just taking it easy as I am still pretty sore from my surgery last week. I do have little "happys" to take to the surgical floors I was on last year if I can manage to walk over there after the appt. Just can not believe it has been a year!!!!! Wish the scale had been nice and MOVED! Oh well I am happy with my progress just impatient! LOL! Ok, I need to get up early in the morning so I better try to go to sleep! This time last year I was up all night in anticipation......tonight I intend to sleep LOL! Donna

Thanks Cyndi! Even better was they took my word for it and did not make me get on the scale whooo hooo so it did not matter my weight is still up 2 lbs (the scale did move again today!) It has been a great day!!!!! My doc says things are great and I told himI was disappointed I did not make my goal of 180 by today. He is more than pleased with my progress. And pointed out that this is the point that excercising is going to help in the final stretch. He said had I been able to had i not had to stop working out I would have made my goal so he is not concerned. I am just much harder on myself LOL! He did point out that it has been over 12 years since I weighed 190 so that in itself is an accomplishment. Now I wil start my quest for the final piece to this journey.......plastics!!!!!! He already talked to a plastic surgeon that I am going to go talk to soon just to see what I will be dealing with and start planning how I am going to get all that I want done. It will be awhile and I still have 40lbs to go before I will want to start.....but it will be nice to have the plan. Donna Donna

Donna you are too sweet. Happy belated surgiversary to you too! Seems extra nice when the scale moves these days. Mine hasn't in weeks. Seems like I only lose once a month lately and it sure isn't double digits like last year. How's your appt. go? ~Ape
