Hey Guys! Missing you!

HEY how is everyone. I haven't been around much. Taking care of all my family. The older people around me seem to be getting sick a lot and I don't seem t have much time for anything else. Not to mention chasing my 3 year old around lol ! As far as my weight loss goes, I haven't lost any in 3 months. I'm sitting at 165. I wear a size 10 and if I didn't have some of the extra skin I think I would be smaller. I'm happy with my new body. (I'm going to keep saying it until I believe it LOL) I'm my head I think I look good then I look into the mirror and I see all the things that could still change. My goal is 150 but my Dr said 175 would be good. I am struggling with food and need to get back on track. I don't eat to much I sometimes make bad choices I guess its all about learning. I didn't get overweight overnight and those problems don't go away overnight. We always say the surgery doesn't fix your brain and I sure wi**** did LOL. Well if anyone has any good advice I'm up for it..I need to break this stall. I would love to see 150's again! I hope everyone is chugging alone. I"m going to try and be around more because I think I need you guys! Hugs, Rebecca

While the elders need you, don't forget to take care of YOU! I have an 88-yr-old grandmother, 92-yr-old grandfather and 98-yr-old great aunt who suck a lot of life out of us too. But, we all pitch in and do what we can. Though, the grandfather is the ACTIVE one so he's not much trouble. Unless you count the chocolate chip cookies he SWEARS I need because I'm "way too thin missy!". LOL It's hard to keep on track. But, we know what we have to do. My scale hasn't moved much either. Oh well. Yours will start moving. You can get to 150s!!!! We all know you can!!!! Just get back to the basics and watch that scale fly!!!! We're all so proud of you Rebecca!!!! * Cyndi *
