What do you use as your weigh-in standard?
Your surgeon's scale, your GP's scale, your scale at home at the end of the day fully clothed, your scale at home in the morning without clothing? I know the key is to be consistant and use the same guideline, but I'm interested to hear what you use.
I use the last one; when I weign in at my NUT's office, I'm usually 3 lbs heavier, but that;s at the end of the day with clothes. My surgeon's office scale tends to be way off the numbers I get at home/at my NUT and my GP's scale is just right! Go figure....
Since I weigh in at home more than any other place, that's what I decided to go by.

I use my morning and nakey weight. My surgeon is funny because I weigh myself nude then in clothing just before I leave for the drive to his office. He takes my nakey weight but at least I know what my clothing weighs. My PCP has an antique scale that's always really off so I totally ignore that one. I move the scale numbers where I am and go by my scale at home. He never questions it. LOL

I weight daily, but the only one that counts is Sunday morning, after using the bathroom and just before I jump into the shower. That weight is around 3-5 pounds different than the surgeons scale, and usually within 2 pounds of the nut scale. My nut says it is the clothes. I have actually never weighed at my PCP's office. For so many years I could not weigh on his scale as it only went to 300 pounds. Now I have no problems stepping on any scale. Yes, the number is still too high, but it is going down and that is the goal.
