For those walkers out there, just wondering how fast you are walking. On the treadmill, I'm anywhere between 3.4 and 3.7 mph at 35-45 min. a day. (my machine says 4.0 is a jog). Just thought I'd ask...

I do 30 minutes at 4.2, with an incline of 2. Hope this helps......

I walk for 35 minutes with a speed of 3.5. I do the interval with the incline going back and forth between a 2 and a 4 every 2 minutes. And then i lift weights for a while. I think 3.4 to 3.7 is good You're doing great!
