Plateau Buster-how is it going?
Donna, as much as I want too I can't seem to wrap my mind around it. It's the old diet thing, I'm on a diet so lets see how bad we can be. I think it's call self sabotage. So getting back to basics is my aim and trying not to put the diet spin on it. I feel like I'm letting you down, but I know that really I'm letting myself down. Good luck to you and keep me posted on how you're doing. Maybe you will be my motivation!!!! Hugs, Sue
I wanted to do it but it just doesn't work for me. Too much going on. I did a lot better yesterday though. I had two Fuzzy Navel shakes, I had a salad for lunch, a couple bites of Cracker Barrel's Coca-Cola cake (I LOVE that stuff!) and for dinner a little meat loaf and I tried peas. LOL I've been at 148.0 since about January 27th. Every darned time I eat some of that cake I see a loss on the scale. lol Darned if I wasn't 147.6 this morning. LOL
Oh, and I got in 80 oz of liquid. Go me!!! As for exercise, I'm doing horrible. I haven't been to the gym in two weeks.
