Good day all. Cold here too. -11 this morning! Highest: 378 Surgery: 354 Last week: 231.8 This week: 228.4 Loss this week: 3.4 lbs. I guess that daily work out is paying off. I'm now at a total 150lbs lost since my heaviest just before surgery. Whoo hoo! Hope I see the same results next week!
