You just keep knocking it off...week by week....steady as she goes. Just keep doing what you know works and you will continue to close in on your key number.
Have you been to the second-hand clothing stores lately like we talked about earlier? I picked up a BUNCH of clothes this weekend and can't believe how sharp I am looking on just pennies on the dollar. I'm so happy to let other people's money making me look good. They pay the big price...donate it to Goodwill and I pick it up for 1/6 to 1/10 of the original cost. I got new ties too. It is so funny that I will go 5 times and then I will go one time and buy 5-6 ties in one shot. Somebody cleans out their closet (with some good taste) and I really clean up on the goods.

Sorry, I'm a little late on posting today. I didn't weigh yesterday morning because I never came home after I worked Saturday night. I stayed up for 32 hours straight...and still had some kind of energy when I went to bed at 11pm last night after being up since 3pm the day before! i'm crazy, I know! LOL....so anyway...I weighed today--but it was the same as Saturday...so I guess i'll post.
Not too happy with this weeks loss....I met my goal of working out 4 days during the week...logged EVERY single calorie I ate............and still only lost 2 lbs! SOOO Frustrating!!!!! I think I may not be eating quite enough. I also think I'm a little heavy on carbs...and a little low on protein. I meet my protein goal on most days.....but I think I could do better! I am supposed to get between 800-1000 calories a day...and my days were more like 550-750. Eek! I bought some new protein bars today at the gym and they're SOO good!!! I just got done working out with my trainer and I feel like a spaghetti noodle...hopefully I'll be able to move tomorrow!!! Anyway, good week everyone!!!

My next major goal is to lose 49 more lbs by my surgiversary on May 17th. Might be a bit ambitious...but we'll see!!!! That would put me at 175 lbs...and only 27 lbs from goal! We'll see!!!

You are doing just great. I wouldn't be too discouraged if I were you. You have lost 143 pounds...that is just too awesome. Just keep doing what you know works and it will be fine. I agree that you may need to boost up the calorie intake a day here and a day there to keep your body guessing. Your body has no choice but to give up the pounds. It's all about the calorie intake. You are destined for a good loss this week. Even a 2 pound loss at this point in the game is great.
