You are doing great. It is important not to keep too strict of the numbers goals. It will come off in good time. If we do what we know we should, it will fall off...we must remember that.

Well I lost this week but did not make it to my goal of 100 pounds lost. I wanted to do it before my birthday, which is today. I am 5 pounds short of teh 100 pound lost goal.

Yep 2 pounds lost, not enough but a loss is a loss.
Happy Birthday Roxy! A two pound loss is fabulous! You'll hit -100 before you know it. Don't make yourself crazy over it. You're doing great!!!

Thank you very much. I've just jumped on the bandwagon. Been exercising 30-40 every day this week. I hope it's not just a phase. Need to work on the water though.
