Well I lost this week but did not make it to my goal of 100 pounds lost. I wanted to do it before my birthday, which is today. I am 5 pounds short of teh 100 pound lost goal. Post Op= 289 Last Week=196 This Week=194 Yep 2 pounds lost, not enough but a loss is a loss.

Hello everyone.... Highest 262 Surgery 258 Last weigh ? This week 174 Loss of 88 pounds total..... Want to be 169 by Feb. 8th....lets hope I make it.....then on to May 8th with 100 pounds gone. I see Dr. C. for my nine month check tomorrow....so wish me luck!!!!! Hugs, Holly

Holly, You have done so wonderfully too. 88 pounds just seems like a lot of weight to drop in such a short time...isn't this just amazing to go through? Have a great week. John

Haven't posted for a while, but here are my numbers... Highest: 378 (2 mo. before surgery) Surgery: 354 Last Week: ?? This week: 233 Total Lost: 145 lbs. Feeling GREAT and LOVING exercise. Who thought I'd ever say that???

Thank you very much. I've just jumped on the bandwagon. Been exercising 30-40 every day this week. I hope it's not just a phase. Need to work on the water though.
