New BMI

I lost another pound since Sunday Weigh In, but the surprise is my BMI. I am no longer obese, but overweight...plain old overweight!! I can hardly believe it. Weight = 174 BMI = 29.9

Thanks, Holly! Hope those 5 more pounds melt off of ya like the ice cicles hanging off my roof. Really cold here in the Buffalo area...LOL
