Ok lets try this and see how it works......what did you eat today?
Well today was not a good day for me...
Protein shake
2 pop tarts...through the course of the day..( been craving them like crazy)...but that is out of my system now!!!
2 protein balls
2 cups of hot tea
24 oz of water
24 oz of iced tea
1 diet caffeine free coke
sald with lobster, carrots, tomatoes, cheese, and real dressing
slice of cheese before bed
really slacked on my water....but got four miles in on treadmill.....and no chocolate!!!!!
Like I said no wonderful by any means....but here is to a new day!!!!!

I've had one good thing happen. My pouch just will not take anything after 9:30 p.m. I was a little grumbly last night and got a sugar free Atkins cookie from the batch I made. My pouch was not happy from the first bite. So, I tossed it in the tra**** was much happier with the sugar free orangeade it loves so much. lol
My new fridge came yesterday! Now I can back on track. lol
