Sunday Weigh In

Well Its been awhile since I posted. Its been rough, not getting enough exercise. I know that I finally got to underland, today I weighed 198.6 thats not real good but I will get there. Doctor wants me at 140. MY Dad is going to Mexico to have the vertical sleeve done. If anybody has some extra prayer time I am sure prayers are needed for this surgery. I appreciate any extra prayers. Happy New Year..

Ok, I am going to try to post my pics tonight as it was my 7 month surgiversary yesterday and I made it. 100 pounds since surgery......Lost 5 lbs this week!!! highest 325 lb Surgery 318 lb Last week 223 lb and ................. This week 218lbs!!!! Guess that was what Dance games on Wii will do. Not sure what the next few weeks will hold for me with the surgery and all. No excercise for awhile, but I have been know to joke that I wonder how much what they are taking out will lose for me LOL! Best of wishes for 2008 to you all!!!! Hi all , I didnt weigh in today cause am so afraid of seeing a gain on the scales ..I have had so many things I no am not supose to ..I am so mad at myself I been losing slowly not like the rest of you may people but I been losing ..am just so afraid the losing will stop !!and I wont get to goal ..anyone else feel like that ?? I have been real up and down with my emotions to am not sure why I think its just all the changes this year I been threw . hugs to all and hope you all have a good new years Sherry

HAPPY NEW YEAR OH FAMILY! I had a great week Again, I am at my daughter's and weighing on a different scale so I don't know how accurate it is. Next week I will be back to school and I can weigh on the nurse's scale and then we will know for sure. I weighed on the same scale last week so hopefully the following stats are accurate. I hope 2008 brings all of you LOVE, HAPPINESS and SUPER HEALTH! Before surgery: 279.5 Last week: 177 This week: 173 Weeks loss: 4 pounds TOTAL LOSS: 106.5 pounds Hugs and Kisses, Esther
