Can't remember...didn't weigh in last Sunday This Week: 173 I gained 4lbs last week and then lost that plus three more, so I'm back on track! Have a great week everyone! Kathy

Hi Maysters! Finally...I had a great week! So much energy it boggles my mind! lol I have about three hours of wrapping to do, get the family pics done today as soon as my Dad and kid get here and then I'll be DONE this week. It's a miracle. LOL Highest right before surgery: 265.8 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 163.2 This morning: 158.4 Loss this week: 4.8 pounds (WOOHOO!!!!!) Total pounds lost: 107.4 pounds!!!!! Well I thought it was going to be the first week were I did not lose anything, but I managed to squeak out 1 pound down. Surgery 397 Last week 277 This week 276 Many bad choices,, but the exercise helped, I have lost inches as I can now were a size 20 down from a 34!!! have a great week everyone. Gayle

Ok that is it! Still had a yucky week and I know there were day sI did nto get my prtien in (most of the week actually). Highest 325lbs Pre Op 318lbs Last week 229 This week 227lbs Better than last week at 2 pounds and not just one but ERRRRRR I must do better!! But then I realized........2 more pounds and it is Century Club from highest weight.....So which way to I count it.....highest or surgery day? donna

Hi Maysters, I've been weighing in on Monday mornings and missing the party every Sunday morning. Recently I set my scale to match the one at the doctors office, so now I know what the doc's office is going to say before I get there. The nearest I can tell is that I have lost 4 pounds this week. That is 5 last week and 4 this week for a total of 9 in the past two weeks. I AM still shaking my fist at November for only letting me enjoy 4 pounds of weight loss. Hello everyone.... I have not posted in a few weeks....just feel like I don't compare with what everyone else is losing. Highest 262 Surgery 258 Today 178 Total loss of 84 pounds it has not been a good week...fighting a cold and all that cold and cough medicine just screws things up....but here is to a good week....
