IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!!
Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to share that I am finally down 100lbs. I stepped to the scale this morning and it read 158. I'm so happy. I was going to post this morning but I was running late to attend the Obesity Regional Conference in San Ramon. I really enjoyed it. The funniest thing happened,I went to the bathroom and there was a lady waiting in line that looked familiar to me, then without thinking I said, hey I know you, I read your profile, she looked at me and laughed, and said I know you too, I read your profile. We talked for a while after that, it was really nice. I'm planning on attending many more conferences to meet more of my OH peers

I am so happy for you and everyone else who FINALLY makes it that far!!It seems like I may never get that far! ?I just can't get the scales to move very fast..One day I hope to share the same story. 100 pounds is alot, I thought of this one time, 100 pounds is like loosing the same weight as if I had lost a school age child...Take care ad keep in youch.
Well, good for you! What an accomplisment! Cool for you to have met someone from here. I'd like to do that too. Everyone here amazes me with their support & encouragement. I am so glad I found this site. 
You should be so proud of yourself. I know I am proud of you and can't wait to hit the 100 mark. Keep up the great work.
