I didn't weigh myself today---AMAZING...lol. By the time I remembered it was evening time. I'll weigh in the morning and post my Monday weight! Way to go everyone Courtney

Hi gang! I'm finally HOME from my sucky trip. These people actually thought PIZZA was good for me. Dumbbutts. Obviously if I was stuck either having pizza or salad, I did CRAPPY. And, my order from BariatricEating STILL hasn't arrived. It was due here on Wednesday, had to have it rerouted to the hotel and it's STILL not at the hotel! DO NOT buy into that UPS commercial about how EASY it is to retrieve a package. BULLSH*T. So, I had NO protein shakes AT ALL during vacation. They only have GNC and Vitamin World with all the regular icky powders. I bought Muscle Milk....EWWWWW! I'd rather drink Elmer's Glue! Can you tell I'm happy to be home sipping an Orange Cream? Vitamin Shoppe BETTER have my Fuzzy Navel back on the shelf today or it's gonna be like 1st week home post-op for my mood. LOL Here are my numbers. Highest right before surgery: 265.8 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 165.4 This morning: 163.6 Loss this week: 1.8 pounds (better be a good week this week! lol) Total pounds lost: 102.2 pounds!!!!!

Sorry, your trip was suckt! I just bought a single serve carton of Muscle Milk @ our GNC. Had heard it was great. Uhhhh...LIES!...couldn't get the smell past my nose to drink much of it. Been meaning to tell you how amazing you are looking!

Hi Cyndi, I didn't recognize you....you are so skinny and look so great. You did better then I did, that's for sure. At least you lost. I am really working hard this week to get the scale going down again. I love your picture. Keep it up Cyndi, you should be so proud of yourself. Hugs, Esther

Hi Everyone, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! I weighed on my regular scale this morning and didn't lose, but I didn't gain so I am happy since I did not do so well at my daughter's house. Here goes! Before surgery: 279.5 Last week: 185 This week: 185 Total weight loss: 94.5 This week I am going to really work at getting a big chunk off by next weigh in. Had a nice Thanksgiving here, Esther. I did pretty good. I had a small taste of everything, but that was it. I barely exercised, but am back on track today. We'll all do better this week!!

Weighed yesterday just did not get to post..... Highest 325lbs Surgery 318lbs Last Week 234lbs This week 230lbs! That is a 4 lbs loss!!! I'll take it. 5 lbs to 100lbs from highest weight!!! Wow seemed to take forever but now it is around the corner!! Donna

Okay...I weighed today...and wasn't too pleased. I guess the week of NO exercising after my surgery caught up with me on weigh in day Hopefully @ my post-op appt he will say to go on ahead and go back to Curves. Surgery day: 367 Last week: 250 This week: 248 Loss this week: 2 lbs Total loss: 119 lbs I'm trying not to be TOO tough on myself since it was Thanksgiving and all. The scale had just been moving SO well for the last 2 weeks--and then I had surgery...and gained 3.5 lbs or so immediately afterward...it took me 4 days to lose that...and now I've lost an additional 2 lbs. I guess that's alright....but I just want to get to ONEderland and its SO far away! Courtney
