HELP!!!

Right Now guys I am sooo Mad.... I received a e-mail from OH regarding the weight tracker... It sounded like a good thing to use. Well I put my information in and left it at that. Well today I went in to update my info again and I notice that it gave you an option to make it viewable to the public. So I said I could add it to the bottom of my web page. I go to my web page and it's already there and all my blogs are missing. I am so Mad... Can any one help me figure out how to get this thing off my web page and hopefully my blogs are still there.

I hope you are able to recover them......sorry do not know what you could do......I just hope you get it back. Are you sure at the bottom of the page there is not a next button? Donna
