Century Club cards

Does anyone know how to make a customized Century Club card? I have the site for the generic cards, but it's neat to have one with your name on it, you know?

funny you say you are a "blingy kinda girl" So you noticed the change too? I have found with the new clothes, shoes (I have discovered shoes as I can not fit in them), hair, and just in general.....the personality that has emerged!!!!! Donna
