Hi everyone... I haven't post in a long time. I had my surgery on May 15th, 2007 and I started out 280lbs now I am 215lbs. I have lost 65lbs. slowly but surely things are falling off. I think if I would exercise the weight would come off quicker. I did at the being but between school, work and children I barely have time to breathe... I know excuse I need to make time for me. Any way do every one keep a food journal and a exercise journal if so do you use an spread sheet or hand written?

Welcome back! My surgeon gave me a food/exercise journal right before surgery. I was faithful to it until my Daytimer became my best friend. lol My Daytimer is always with me so I switched. I write everything on my Daytimer page including what kind of exercise I did. I have a spreadsheet for my body measurements. * Cyndi *

I have been keeping a written Journal but I think I am going to try FitDay as I know there are a few here that use that. I have to do something to speed things up a bit. I have been on a little stall! Donna

Well first of all 65 ponds is good. Think like someone told me when have you ever lost 65 pounds in 5 or so months not to mention the sizes that you have lost. I am sure things will speed up eventually for us. It seems like the weight is coming off slower for most of us..We just need to eat right, drink more, and move more....
