Let's get this party started I had an OK week...I was SUPER sick which means that there was no going to the gym for me. Here's the scoop: Highest at end of March: 270 Surgery Date: 252 Last Week: 187 This Week: 185.5 Pound and a half loss. At least it's in the right direction! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!! Sorry you were sick last week. It's been a rough couple weeks for me with work & then this week my hottie man being sick, but it's gonna be okay...work & the hubbie! Pre-op = 259 (highest) Last week = 196 Today = 192 67 pounds gone...losing 8-10 pounds a month...some months better than others...LOL

Yep! I've definintley been having a party. DH bought a bag of snack mix, you know the kind.......nuts, m and m's, and raisins. Old habits are so-o-o-o-o hard to break!!! Enough already and I'm up a pound and who is to blame, me. My DH didn't put it in my mouth. So any way I'm up a pound. Last week: 143 This week: 144 Goal now!! 9 lbs away! argh! Hugs, Sue

I had a CRAP week! I'm ready to build a stupid ark! I only got to walk 3 days this week. After the rain stopped yesterday I only got in a mile and it started to pour its a** off again. Highest right before surgery: 265 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 176.0 This morning: 174.2 Loss this week: 1.8 pounds Total pounds lost: 91.6 pounds I see my surgeon again on November 15th and I'm DETERMINED to hit the Century Club before then. I'm getting back to basics today!!! Have a great week everyone! And stay away from the candy!!!!! * Cyndi *

well considering it's my pms week i'm doing pretty damn good except for the hershey sundae pie i had last night...lol i still always make sure my caloric intake remains under 1000 and i always have my veggie juice in the morning and have a protein shake as a meal...i do circuit training 5x a week for 45 minutes and so far it's working for me so i'm happy despite these damn hips are being stubborn in the losing dept...lol day of surgery: 280lbs as of fri: 196lbs

Hi all, This is the first time I've really checked in on a Sunday since my weigh days are Mondays. After 9 pounds over the past two weeks, I'll be thrilled just to have maintained that loss. Due to that, I'm half expecting a stall here for a week or two. Also, I've made less than perfect choices this week, so I'm going to treat myself to some extra fish and chicken over the next few days. The beauty of this is that you don't have to feel guilty for making poorer choices; just get determined to get refocused. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, I didn't lose this week. 124 pounds are still gone...so I'm happy. John P.S. I've taken a series of shots for my 5 month post-op mark. I'll post to my profile later this week...hopefully.

Woo hoo! Broke the 240 mark. Only 60 lbs to my goal weight. I've been averaging 20 lbs a month since surgery. If I can keep the pace up, I might hit goal weight by my birthday at the end of January. But the rate is tapering off so, realistically, maybe February or March. Hard to believe that milepost is in sight now. Maintenance mode? What's that?
