Turned out to be a crappy week for me and I'm not even sure why

Last week I was a total gym slacker and didn't really exercise and I lost two pounds. This week I did all my cardio and weight training this week and did really well with eating and zip. Nothin.
My body is sending me the wrong messages!!
Sorry--I'm a day late...I've been busy. I'll use yesterday's weight though.

Loss this week: 3 lbs
Total loss since surgery: 101! Hooray!
I leave for vacation on Wednesday--so I won't be posting my weight on Sunday...but the week of November 4th I will. I'll miss my May family for a whole week...but I SOO need this vacation!! =)

Hi everyone,
I hope all of you had a great week. I ate a bit more than I usually do and thought I might even have a small weight gain. I've increased my level of fat intake over the past couple of months and it has been falling off like crazy. The same thing they used to say in Weigh****chers seems to be holding true for WLS...hmmm.
Well, all of you seem to be doing so wonderfully well. Keep up the great work and I look forward every week to seeing how well everyone is doing..that's right...slow and steady wins the prize. DO WE REALLY QUALIFY FOR THE STATEMENT OF SLOW AND STEADY???? At times this really is happening too fast to seem real.
