HERE I AM............ My friend Cyndi and I made a deal and it worked! I wish I had lost more but that's okay, I am still in ONEDERLAND and lost another pound. As long as I am losing, I am happy. Before Surgery: 279.5 Last Week: 199 This Week: 198 yeah Total Weight Loss: 81.5 pounds This weeks loss: 1 pound I am going to do the same thing......Protein, protein, protein and try and get more off next week. As long as you're in Onederland, Esther, that's all that matters! I did so well last week, I'm sticking with our pact as well. I'm doing so well on protein and just got back from my walk. We've decided we'll *try* for 5 tomorrow. lol I better take advantage of BOGO at Payless. I need new sneakers! I can't wait for weigh-in next Sunday!!!! * Cyndi *

Highest: 271 Surgery: 261 Last week: 181 This week: 179.5 Total: 91.5 lbs. I haven't been to the gym in 3 weeks because of my schedule and HOPE to get going again this week, 'cause right now, thank goodness I'm still losing but slooooowwwwly.

Okay, here I go: Last week: 151 This week: 148 I've lost 3 lbs this past week. I have lost 91 lbs now. I am 7 lbs from being "normal" and 18 lbs from my goal of 130!! I can't believe it!!!!!! Hugs, Heather
