calorie intake?
My doctor doesn't have me counting carlorie. He told me that if you're eating what your supposed to and the quantities the calories will be fine. I am eating 5 times a day. Breakfast - snack - lunch - snack -dinner. Sometimes I change my last snack to after dinner. In any case, it's 4-5oz per sitting and snack is as simple as a cup of non-fat milk or yougart. I was operated in May 14, 2007 and I have lost 81lbs. He's happy (my doc) and I'm happy. I tend to stay away from the salads to make sure that the protein is in. The protein shakes is my answer for eating breakfast on the run. Hope this can help.
