ALMOST TO ONEDERLAND! Before Surgery: 279.5 Last Week: 203 This Week: 200 This Weeks Loss: 3 pounds Hip Hip Hooray Total Lost: 79.5 pounds I have a very lightweight dress on today so I am probably more like 201 but the scale says 200 so I will take it. Hopefully I will be in Onederland by next week's weigh-in. Hugs, Esther

I was out of town and missed last Sunday's weigh in so this is really for two weeks. Highest: 296 Surgery: 285 Two weeks ago: 231 This Week: 225 Total lost: 71 Since surgery: 60 Lost over 2 weeks: 6

Highest: 347 Surgery Date: 300 Last week: 237 This week: 233 This week's loss: 4 pounds Total lost: 114 Everyone have a great week. I agree with Chantal, the time sure is flying by so fast. We will all be at goal before we know it. Keep up the great work. John
