Sunday Weigh In
Way to go John. You hit the century mark with that first 100 pounds. You are doing just great and should be encouraged to keep up the great work.
Now the bad part...we've been looking at you in that same green shirt for the past 6 months or so. It is time for you to grace us with some new pics. We want to see the results, not just hear about them...come on now...click, click click...LOL
John
Hello everyone....just add me to the rut list......have not been able to walk much this weekend due to my back being out of whack but went and had an adjustment so hoping it feels better soon.
Surgery 258
Last week 197
This week 195.5
Total of 62.5
Thinking I might start using my scale as a frisbie right out my bathroom window!!!!!
aww guys...don't fret over a pound or 2....your weight fluctuates throughout the day anyway....i don't take any chances and don't own a scale but last time i weighed myself (last thursday?) i was 217 down from 280lbs pre-surgery....i still eat crappy stuff sometimes and i am soooooo not a fruit person but i always have my protein shake and get in at least 65-80 grams of protein a day and drink alot of water...i also do circuit training 5x a week which is a hell-of-alot more fun than going to a regular gym...
Well.........it's morning & since I worked all night it's technically like weighing at night for me...............but I went ahead and jumped on the scale. I'll probably weigh again when I wake up this afternoon--to see if there's any change. But here's where I'm at.
Surgery day: 367
Last Week: 288
This week: 284
Minus 4 lbs this week........83 lbs total. Still HOPING to get to my goal of being a century club member by Oct 24th! Wish me luck!
***I'm a ding-bat, I posted this on last weeks thread on accident***
Wow, congrats to every one, ya LOSERS! I mean that with lots of love.
Well here are my numbers
DOS: 262
Last Week: 214
This Week: 212
I had a busy weekend, lots of carbs, but tried to stay clear of sugar. Getting back on track for the week. Parents will be here for the week through the weekend. This will help me stay on track. My dad watches me like a hawk; "no since going though the surgury if you are not going to play by the rules after" quote of my fathers.
Slow and stead wins the race, but it sure is fun to dress like a rabit every now and again.
