Four Months post-op UPDATE! (cross-post)

Today is four months post-op for me and here are my stats: WAIST .... -2 1/2 in. this month (8 1/2 in. total) HIPS .... - 2 1/4 in. this month (9 1/4 in. total) POUNDS LOSS ... 12 lbs. this month (64 lbs. total) GAIN .... Muscle tone, energy, endurance, and a love for endorphins!!!
