calorie intake?
ok exactly how many calories should i be taking in at 3 1/2 months out? is it normal to feel guilty if i hit 800 calories some days? i do circuit training for 45 minutes 5 days a week plus i have a pretty physical job so should i be taking in more calories? i get about 65-80 grams of protein a day, take my supplements and drink plenty of water, no meat yet though...(i'm scared) lol thanks a bunch for any info you guys can give me....
My nut has suggested somewhere between 600-1000 at this point is good for me, just a little over 3 months....I do eat more when I work out, hitting that 1000 more often than not, but was at a weight loss stall, and I upped my calories and water, and bam...lost 4 pounds so it is all a matter of balance. I do eat meat, and have been since one week post op...was given teh green light by my nut.
If you body is able to function on the amount of calories you are getting, then you are ok, but this is also a question I would ask my nut. as all programs are different. Good luck. Gayle
