I have been really bad with taking my vitamins because I havent found any that don't make me sick. The liquid multi vitamin I take makes me dump and the chewables make me nauseated. The calcium citrate is entirely too big and has gotten stuck before. So can anyone offer any suggestions on what type of vitamins they are taking. Thanks

Hi Chante! Welcome to the May board! Go to Walmart and see if you can find the Citrical Petites with Vitamin D. I got sick of trying to chew a huge calcium frisbee so I bought these. They're very easy to swallow. For my vitamins I'm sticking with Flintstones chewables 3x per day. I've had no problem with those. For my B12 I take sublingual liquid B12 Complex. It's made by Nature's Bounty. Good luck! * Cyndi *

I have found the Bariatric Advantage to be good. I too was having issues with getting nauseated. And these do not do that. There calcium citrate are chewables and come in several differnt flavors. I find the mint to go down as mint seems to help me not be nauseated. Donna

I think I am going to switch to the flintstones chewables but right now I am taking regular one-a-day and I take chewable B12 and chewable calcium. I also take iron pills but they are small so they go down easily. I set my pills up once a week so that every morning when I get up I take them and get it over with. I just started taking Fiber Choice chewables too so I don't get backed up. If you set them up in a pill box then you just open it and start taking them and you don't have to worry about it. That's what I do too Esther. I have a am, afternoon, evening, and bed pill box and I fill it up on Sunday morning. I have room for everything except my liquid B12. I take that first thing so I get it out of the way. Flintstones have been great for me. He told me I could switch to a "big girl" 2x daily vitamin but why change something that's working. LOL And, this way my kid takes her vitamin too. I put 2 Flintstones in the am so I know if she took it. * Cyndi *

I must not be human Cyndi, I take the biggest pills and they go down just fine but I don't want to take a chance so I am trying to get all chewables. I need a M-F pill box that holds horse pills because I take so many. We will either be healthy or OD'd. Hugs, Esther
