Sunday Weigh In

Woah, looks like I forgot to post last weekend. Anyway, I'm down about 5 lbs this week to 290.6. I'm thrilled! Thought things were going to "freeze" up there for a minute. Must be the housecleaning I did today or all the hair that I'm shedding!! uugh!

Highest 479 Surgery date 365 Last week 300 This week 296 Four pounds this week and made into twonderland and was excited about that can't wait to get to onderland hope I can make it there will keep trying.

hey everyone. i've been mia since school (work) started. last week: not exactly sure this week: 234 total loss since surgery: -70lbs. my goal is to be below 200 by the end of the year. 35 lbs to go.

A day late as usual... Pre-Op Weight: 242 Last week: 185 This week: 182.4 Loss this week: 2.6lbs Total weight loss: 59.6lbs I go to get officially weighed in for my 3 month post op appointment on Wed. We'll see what their scale says. Hopefully not too different from what mine says. Have a good week everyone!

i think i'm finally off my plateau woo hoo! at my surgery date i was 280...( i gained right before surgery) last week 223lbs, and today 220 i'm half way there!

I am not sure what I weigh now becuase well I rarely if ever get on the scale. But this is the most accurate I have.... Highest: 375 Surgery Date: 372 As of 08/23/07: 297 Working toward 100lbs down

I lost a pound this week for a total of 101. I am looking forward to getting on a good routine again. First day of school starts in 35 minutes...better get going. John
