the best birthday present ever, your doing great keep up the good work
What a cool birthday present to give yourself! Must be nice to go back to school after the summer with that much weight loss. I bet you get a lot of nice comments. And don't it feel great not carrying all that around? Man, I can walk forever on the cool days, even up hills!
I'm closing in on you at 90lbs but my birthday is not until January so I'm not waiting. Maybe onderland by then though, who knows? Everyone keeps asking what keeps me from losing too much weight. When will it stop? I just tell them it's not likely to happen but if it does it's a problem I'm overqualified to deal with. Bring it on!
Hmmm...if there are enough of you folks in the support group do you rename it Century City? [groan] Sorry!

Hey T.Rob,
I teach on the third floor of our building. I had a little trick I used to use. I'd climb the first flight and then "supervise" the kids as they came by on their way to our classroom. In reality, I was resting so I could climb the last flight. I went to set up my classroom and I climbed both sets of stairs like they were no big deal.
90 pounds...you are kicking my behind if you have done all that since surgery.
We had a teachers meeting tonight and I had that very question...how do you stop from losing too much? It really freaks people out when I say that 1/2 cup is a normal meal and that 3/4 of a cup is a Thanksgiving dinner...with the feeling of being stuffed like a turkey or with a turkey.
Keep on dropping that weight it you "Internationally Acclaimed Speaker"....I'm still going to be able to say...I knew "MR. T.Rob" back when he was just T.Rob.
