Vacation

I was on vacation recently. I have to catch up on posts, but hope everyone is well. Chantal, I love your new Avatar, you look awesome!!! Anyway, I couldn't imagine being 50+ pounds heavier while on my vacation. We did so much walking. I felt awesome, my knee hurt very little too!! Thanks, Bets.

I'm glad you had a great time. Isn't it crazy to think " how did we do this before" and the truth is we probable didn't do as much or we were all just miserable trying to walk around and see things. I know I needed a lot of breaks and naps because I just couldn't do it all. Welcome back! Rebecca
