Sunday Weigh-In
I always read the weigh ins, but I never posted before. Probably because I was very depressed with my 2 very long stalls that I had. But I did read them every week and am truly amazed at how wonderful everyone is doing. I have finally gotten past my second stall and I am happy to say that I am down a total of 43 pounds since surgery.

I lost 7 pounds this week, but that was after 2 weeks of losing nothing, so the stalls do pay off in the long run. Keep up the great work everyone. You are all an inspiration to me. Hugz Tina xoxo
good job everyone. I know I have been bouncing the same 2lbs around ARG

Lost 2lbs
I was bouncing between 201 and barley into 199 but today I hit 199.0 so I hope I'm getting ready to move again. I have been working out and trying to make sure I make the right choices. I noticed that I was eating because I thought it was time but I have changed that a little to eating when I'm hungry. So I haven't been eating as much. We will see how that pays off!
Keep up the good work!

I keep losing only 2 or 3 lbs a week, but hey it's better than losing nothing at all! I think I would be really down about it if I didn't have this website. It's good to know that I'm about where I should be thanks to the posts here.

That's two weeks in a row just losing a pound. To hit my target, at least for now, I've set my personal goal at dropping 10 pounds per month. Wow, I've lost that and I've already have a cushion of 2 pounds down for September. At least I'm still headed in the right direction...mental thought...keep following the rules and doing the right things and it will come off.
