sunday morning weigh in
January 1st weight: 347
Liquid diet start weight: 311
Surgery date weight: 300
Last week: 254
This week: 253
I just lost a pound this week, but after a 10 pound loss last week, I'm happy to avoid a slight gain. All of you keep up the great work...you are all doing so well.
I'm heading toward that 100 pounder century mark at 94 total. I'd sure like to start school on September 4th by reaching that threshold.
Then, my next goal will be to hit 227 pounds when I will have to give up the label of "OBESE".
John
Hi, sorry I'm late but I did weigh yesterday
DOS = 261
Last week 203
This week 201
Total 2 lbs..I did see 200 even this week but it wasn't my weight yesterday so I didn't count it. I'm so discussed with only 2 lbs..I want to lose 4 or 5 like most of you...Not fair *Stomp feet like a big baby* LOL ok enough of a fit from me. Am I doing something wrong? Why is it going so slow??? Alright see you all next week
Rebecca
Rebecca,
No stomping in the room...it makes my computer shake. LOL
You really need to go look at your pictures again. Perhaps the ones that you took the day of your surgery would do the trick. You have lost 60 pounds....let me say that again, only louder....60 POUNDS (that's 240 sticks of butter). You are doing great. Just enjoy the trip down the road.
I lost 130 pounds in the 1980's using the Weigh****chers program and the thing that I learned when I got down to my goal weight was that it was JUST as cool losing the weight as it was being at goal.
Remember, if you do everything right (okay...most things right) you can't help but be successful.
Enjoy the smell of the roses my friend; they're wonderful this time of year.
