sunday morning weigh in

hey everyone, thought i would get it started today. pre surgery: 303 last week: 241.4 this week: 240.4 up and down, up and down, all week!! one pound, whatever, i will take it! this is the way it seems to be going for me, stall then woosh!

Hi everyone: My loss has slowed tremendously, but at least it is still a loss. Preop: 235 Last week: 175.5 This week: 174 Loss this week of 1.5 Total: 61 lbs. -Susan

Pre surgery: 326 Last week: 275 This week: 271 Grand total of 4 lbs. Last week I only lost 1 lb. Grand total of 55 lbs lost!!!

Hi gang! Happy Sunday. I've done horrible this week. Highest right before surgery: 265 Day of surgery: 255 Last week: 210.2 This morning: 207.6 I leave for conferences in Orlando next Sunday and I really wanted to be 199 by then but it's not gonna happen unless I starve myself AND walk 5 miles a day. Even then I'd probably lose like half a pound if I was lucky. LOL Have a terrific week!!!! * Cyndi *

Good Morning sorry for the late post had a busy weekend daughter got married. Highest 479 Preop 365 Last week 305 This week 301 Total lost this week 4 pounds, total since May 7th 64 pounds and down from a 34 stretch jeans to atleast a 30 probably a 26-28 but haven't gotten a pair to try and my Wedding ring went from a 10 down to a 7.5
