Moving that booty?

I think that will be the title of the exercise post!! I like it....lol. Today I ended up at the gym at 8:30.....how do you end up at the gym that early?!lol Kathy....I am happy to say that this "scared-of-even-looking-at-the-elliptical" girl got on the elliptical and stayed on for 20 MINUTES!!!!! I did about 15 on the bike and thought I was ready for the elliptical. Only complaint I had, is my heartbeat stayed too high. When I tried to "cool down" at the end, it turned itself off because I was going os slow. LOL So .... roughly 30-40 minutes of cardio through cycling and elliptical. Weird getting it done so early.... Did YOU move your booty today?

Meh, we'll see. I'm sleepy and I just wanna go home and take a bath. It's suppose to storm later, so all I'd be able to do is some treadmill later tonight. Carey I suck at elliptical. It's the one thing I get so bored and tired of. Once I was warming-up with my trainer and I nearly fainted! This was a couple of years ago...I don't know how long I'd last today. And when I had school, we'd meet at the gym at 5:30am, play squash or do a spinning class...and then shower and leave for school by 8:30 or so. It was tough...but it will probably have to be done again in the fall!

WAY TO GO Carey!! Ya gotta start somewhere! I go up a minute each day...I'm up to 51 minutes now! And I have increased my incline. Move your booties Mayers!!
